Yntenzo launches new perfume inspired by Portuguese discoveries

Whiskey& Tobacco is another recent launch from Yntenzo and it is a perfume that tells us part of our history, as Portuguese – the discovery of Brazil. Inspired by the time of the discoveries, this perfume is an ode to the Portuguese people and the great conquests that were once achieved, but which will forever mark our history.

“In all our creations are present the stories and traditions of Portugal and this perfume is no exception. We have created a unique fragrance, which has enriched our premium range, with which we intend to honor the courage of the Portuguese who braved the storms of the sea, in the conquest of Brazil, which, at the time, was known as Terra de Vera Cruz “, reveals Daniel Vilaça, founder of the brand.

This is an intense and enigmatic perfume. Sandalwood, Woody, Gurjun, Tobacco, Musk and Amber were the main notes chosen by the brand’s master perfumers. These have given rise to a premium genderless fragrance that can be worn by men and women and opens the windows to Portugal’s glorious history. The perfume is presented to us in a hand illustrated box, where we find two caravels of the time, representing the three caravels and the ten ships commanded by Pedro Álvares Cabral, on his journey to Brazil in March 1500.

“We wanted this edition to be really special and every detail has been thought through. The journey starts right when you pick up the box, which is carefully sealed and illustrated by hand, so no two packages are the same. In fact, each box takes approximately 4 hours to complete. The bottle keeps its vintage look, with a seal on the label, which also refers to the times of our ancestors. On the left side of the packaging we are told a short story, explaining why this expedition led us to discover Brazil, when the initial mission was to reach India.”, adds Daniel.

In this edition, as in all the brand’s products, the values that Yntenzo defends are always present: this perfume is eco-friendly and cruelty free. It is a modern perfume with an ancient history, but it promises to leave no one indifferent.
