Mainland Portugal: 2-5 working days, free shipping from 10,00€. Orders under 10.00€ and up to 2kg will incur a 4.17€ shipping charge.
Azores and Madeira: 5-15 working days. Orders up to 2kg – €4.17 postage. Orders over 2kg are subject to a fee variation depending on the weight.
Spain: 2-5 working days, all orders weighing up to 3kg have an additional shipping charge of €7.60. Orders weighing more than 3kg are subject to a rate variation depending on the weight.
Europe:* 2-15 working days, all orders weighing up to 1kg are subject to additional shipping costs of €12.5. Orders weighing more than 2kg are subject to a fee variation depending on the weight.
*We only make international deliveries covering the European continent.
All orders for mainland Portugal will be sent by the carrier Torrestir, the rest (Azores, Madeira and Europe) by CTT.
We do not deliver to the store or to collection points.
We do not exchange or return online orders.
If you receive a package that is damaged, you must describe the characteristics of the package and take photos of it. After receiving your complaint we will send you another product.
